The Women’s Civic League of Portage scholarship of $1,000 is awarded to a graduating student of Portage High School who will attend either a two-year or four-year college/university. To be eligible for the scholarship the student must have attained a grade point average of at least 3.0 at Portage High School and submitted all application materials required by the PHS Counseling Office.
